Q1. Do the electric vehicles and toys come with rechargeable batteries?
A1. Yes. All electric toys, bicycles, scooters and everything else that is electrical powered is supplied with rechargeable batteries included.
Q2. Do the electric vehicles come with rechargers?
A2. Yes. All electric toys, bicycles, scooters and everything else that is electrical powered comes with a recharger. We won't sell a battery powered product that doesn't come with a recharger.
Q3. Are the batteries guaranteed?
A3. No. As far as we are aware no company guarantees or warrantees rechargeable batteries since their behaviour is somewhat dependant upon their frequency of use, treatment and care (In just the same way no motor manufacturer guarantees a car's tyres). In general, well treated batteries will endure a good deal of use and ours have, we've never replaced one!
Q4. Are all products in stock?
A4. We can't promise that ALL products are in stock. However, what we do promise is that we will tell you when you call and if we can't we will call you right back and let you know the same day and BEFORE we charge you credit card. If its not in stock and you would prefer to shop elsewhere we'll cancel your order.
Q5. Are spares available?
A5. Spares are available for many products/parts in the unlikely event that an item should fail.
Q6. Do products require assembly?
A6. Some products do require a little assembly. Generally this can be achieved with very few or no tools and simple instructions and some tools are always supplied. Q7. What about safety?
A7. Please read the manual relating to the product you have purchased and act accordingly. Always ensure products are used safely and in safe locations. We urge users to wear appropriate safety equipment to minimize the risk of injury. We choose not to sell cycle helmets and the like because their "fit" is important and such items can readily be obtained in local stores.
Q8. How do I care for my battery?
A8. First and foremost, read, understand and adhere fully to the vehicle and battery manufacturers' instructions. Do not overcharge the batteries!
Q9. How do I ensure the safest vehicle operation is achieved?
A9. First and foremost, read, understand and operate all vehicles well within the limits set out in the manufacturer's safety instructions.
