Shipping Information

Shipping/Handling Policy:

1) Shipping charges for most products (excluding spare parts) are included in the price within the United Kingdom, items are shipped by Express despatch courier.

2) All the following areas incur additional postal costs IOW, IOM, Channel Islands, Highlands of Scotland, Islands and Ireland. items are shipped by Royal Standard Mail.

3) Most items are processed and shipped within 1-2 days, many times we ship the same day. Shipping time depends on availability of products.

4) Most products are kept in stock. Anytime a product is out of stock, a representative of Sure Trading will contact you by e-mail or telephone to notify you of availability.

5) Shipments paid by Visa, Mastercard or American Express can only be sent to the credit card billing address. NO C.O.D's. If you would like to pay with a cheque, postal money order, you can mail it to Sure Trading, 2-4 Gladstone Lane, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO12 7BP and we will ship your order when we receive it.
